Title to and risk of loss or damage for all products (including custom wigs, raw hair, bundles, frontals, and closures) passes to the customer once the package is accepted by the shipping carrier.

Processing and shipping times vary by product type (e.g., ready-to-ship units vs. custom orders). Delivery dates provided at checkout or via tracking links are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Ani'shair is not liable for carrier delays caused by weather, high seasonal volumes, carrier backlogs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Address Accuracy & Signature

Confirmation: Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details at checkout. Ani'shair is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer. For sec on high-value

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders): For international shipments outside the United States, the recipient is the importer of record. International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees levied by the destination country. All such fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages: Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival. Ani'shair is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. Any claims for damaged items, missing contents, or order discrepancies must be reported to anishair74@gmail.com within 24 hours (1st day) of recorded delivery, accompanied by photos of the package and unit.
