Returns: We do not accept returns unless the item received is incorrect regarding wig cap size or color. If you receive the wrong wig cap size or color, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds except in cases where we have sent the wrong wig cap size or the wrong color. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Shipping:

• Domestic Shipping: Orders within the USA typically take 10 business days to be delivered

• International Shipping: Orders outside the USA typically take 15 business days to be delivered. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays.
